By sharing my personal experiences and insights, I aim to help you navigate the ups and downs of the adoptee experience. One of the most positive dynamics of having a mentor who understands is the validation that comes with knowing you are not alone.Â
Building a relationship with someone who has walked a similar path can bring you a genuinely invaluable sense of connection and understanding. It can also provide you with the comfort and reassurance you need to move forward with confidence and resilience.Â
Having an adoptee mentor who understands can significantly enhance your quality of life. With someone in your corner who has overcome similar struggles, you can gain a fresh perspective on your own journey and learn practical ways to cope with the challenges that may arise.Â
Some services Pamela provides to adoptees, those in the adoption constellation, and friends and family of adoptees are:

Adoption: Grieve, Grow, Glo Update
A CRUSADE TO ILLUMINATE THE INTERSECTION OF ADOPTION, GRIEF & LOSS. WHEN WE GRIEVE, WE GROW, AND THEN WE GLO. INSTEAD OF GRIEVING ALONE IN ISOLATION, LET’S GRIEVE TOGETHER, READY, SET, GO.
I am excited to announce that I will soon be rolling out one-on-one workshop sessions for adoptees to explore the Grief Recovery Method process, as I am now officially trained to host online one-on-one sessions as well as in-person one-on-one and group sessions. If you are interested in signing up and being added to the waiting list, drop me a note here. These sessions will also go fast, so the sooner you are added to the waiting list, the better. I will be offering an introductory pilot one-on-one Zoom workshop for adoptees at a discounted rate.
This workshop will be life-changing for adoptees as it will provide them with the tools and support they need to heal from the emotional wounds of grief and loss. Adoptees must work on these issues because unresolved grief and loss can manifest in various ways, such as depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. By addressing these issues head-on, adoptees can begin the healing process and create a more fulfilling and peaceful life for themselves.
